Baseball has always been an important part of my life. It is a wonderful game that has provided many special moments and cherished memories with my father, and later with my own son Scott, and my grandson, Cameron. It is a special and unique game that is not controlled or restricted by a clock, as are the countless memories that “the game” continues to provide.
It is a sport that has been instrumental in creating remarkably strong bonds between fathers, sons, and grandsons and has fostered relationships that have spanned generations and withstood the test of time. There is hardly a father who hasn’t dusted off his old baseball glove and had a game of catch with his son.
As you review the contents of this page, you will see why baseball is and always will be important to me.
That’s why I still play “The Game.”
